With more than 20 years of experience as an international commercial leader, and a focus on leadership coaching since graduating in Organizational Psychology in 2019, Leontien has harnessed her extensive leadership experience, creative mind and strong communication skills to help leaders navigate their journeys toward growth and meaningful change. Her diverse background in marketing and sales spans both profit and non-profit sectors, including start-ups and corporate organizations such as Heineken, G-Star RAW, Dole Sunshine Company, and Médecins Sans Frontières. Having lived and worked in various countries, Leontien has cultivated a deep understanding of international business, culture and what drives growth and innovation.

As a leadership and culture specialist, Holly is passionate about developing authentic and transformational leaders. She uses the universal language of values to help leaders make a greater impact, have deeper human connections, and lead more fulfilling lives. Working as a facilitator and coach for the past 12 years and previously working in the tech industry both in the UK and UAE, Holly has taken her leadership experience, communication skills and interest in human psychology to create exceptional learning experiences for leaders. Holly recently completed her Master in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. She is certified in Clifton Strengths, DISC, NVC, and EQ.
